
Gemma Chan was stunned when she joined the elegant Lydia West as they attended the Newport Beach Film Festival UK Honors in London on Thursday.
The actress, 40, who will be honored at the event, looked sensational in a pink dress that draped over her body and fitted with a corset waist.
She styled her hair in classic wet-look waves for the event, which took place at The Londoner Hotel.
Gemma is one of 11 stars shortlisted for work in TV and film as the BAFTA celebrations begin in the capital.
Also one of the winners is Lydia, who stood out in an incredible bright yellow pleated dress.

The actress, who is gaining recognition for her role in the Channel 4 series It’s A Sin, boosted her height with a pair of sky-high see-through platforms.
To complete her look, she added a wisp of cherry red lipstick and pulled her hair back from her face.
Also in attendance was Paul Mescal, who is receiving critical acclaim for his starring role in the Academy Award-nominated Aftersun.
The actor, 27, looked stylish in a satin navy blue suit with matching flared trousers as he walked the red carpet.
He completed his look with a blue and white striped T-shirt and a pair of patent leather shoes.
Paul posed for photos alongside his Aftersun co-star Frankie Corio, 13, who was dressed in a sweet pink dress with chunky-soled sneakers.
Also honored as Artists Of Distinction at the festival were Letitia Wright, Taron Egerton, Naomi Ackie and Toby Jones.
Black Panther star Letitia looked as sophisticated as ever in a structured black blazer with satin lapels.

In addition, Micheal Ward, Dafne Keen, Nicola Coughlan and Aimee Lou-Wood were also recognized as Breakout Honorees in addition to Lydia.
Bill Nighy was honored at the ceremony with the prestigious ICON Award, recognizing his extensive and successful portfolio of high-quality work in film and television.
During his acceptance speech, he joked, “The nice thing about this award is that people will use the word ‘icon’ and my name in the same sentence for the next 24 hours. I could become unbearable.’
Bill’s critically acclaimed new film Living was recognized as the recipient of this year’s Outstanding Achievement In British Cinema Award.
Producers Stephen Woolley, Elizabeth Karlsen and writer Kazuo Ishiguro all attended the ceremony to receive the award.
Held in association with Variety, the ceremony is a UK showcase of California’s Newport Beach Film Festival.

The evening was hosted by Edith Bowman and featured speeches by Gary Sherwin, President and CEO of Visit Newport Beach, and Gregg Schwenk, Founder and CEO of Newport Film Festival.
President and CEO, Gary Sherwin, explained: “Newport Beach Film Festival is committed to promoting unique and extraordinary talent, and our UK awards have a long history of highlighting the unparalleled creative British and Irish talent present in our industry works.’
“After a two-year hiatus, we are delighted to be back in London to celebrate the tremendous contribution these actors and the British creative industry as a whole make to the global entertainment community.”
The London event will also feature Variety’s shortlist of 10 Brits to Watch.
