Khaleel Ahmed gives fitness update
Khaleel Ahmed took over his social media handle and gave an update on his condition. “Dear all, it is very difficult to stay away from cricket. It is a pity, but due to my medical condition, I would have to miss most of the games of the upcoming Ranji season. I am on the road to recovery and will be sidelined again as soon as I am deemed fit. I am grateful for all the wishes.” said Khaleel Ahmed.

Khaleel Ahmed Priceless
The left arm speedster had a very good 2022 IPL where he took 16 wickets in 10 matches for the Delhi Capitals (DC). He averaged 19.69 and was quite disciplined in his approach. Khaleel represented India in 11 ODIs and 14 T20Is, claiming 15 and 13 wickets respectively.
The pacer’s career has been marred by injuries and as we all know it is quite difficult to get a spot in the playing 11. He last represented India in 2019 against November and has been struggling to find a spot ever since. It would be interesting to see how he recovers from the injury, because coming back from injury is always tough.
