
19-year-old right arm pacer Naseem Shah of the Pakistan national cricket team has been ruled out of the third and final test of the series against the England national cricket team due to a shoulder problem.
Pakistan fell victim to ‘Bazball’ when they failed to chase the target of 343 runs on level ground and lost the first Test by 74 runs at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. England also defeated Babar Azam & Co. with 26 runs in the Second Test at Multan Cricket Stadium within four days to seal the series. The dead rubber third Test will be played from December 17 to 21 at the National Stadium in Karachi.

Meanwhile, Naseem performed very well in the first Test against Ben Stokes & Co. and registered the numbers of 3/140 & 2/66 in two innings as England hit 657 and 264 runs.
At one point during England’s first innings, Naseem fumbled a ball from the boundary, as if protecting the shoulder. However, he stooped through the rest of the test looking mostly unconcerned, but occasionally holding his shoulder.

Naseem Shah did not recover from shoulder problem

The young Pakistani pacer missed the second test against England due to a shoulder problem and he has not recovered from it and will miss the Karachi test.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Naseem Shah is all set to travel to the High-Performance Center in Lahore to undergo further assessment before commencing rehabilitation.
Pakistan Cricket Board has not yet announced a replacement for Naseem Shah in the squad. Babar Azam & Co. are already without Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf and if the situation calls for it, Mohammad Wasim jnr can get a debut cap in the Karachi Test.
