England Cricket Team recorded a resounding victory against Pakistan in the 3rd Test Match. England would be ecstatic with their performance as whitewashing Pakistan is never an easy task. The Ben Stokes-led team showed great fighting spirit as their ‘Bazball’ proved effective in testing conditions.

The Men in Green again fell like a pack of cards in the 2nd innings as they lost 7 wickets for 52 runs and put up a sub-par total of 167 runs which England chased down quite easily. Skipper Babar Azam would be furious with the batters, as they have not been able to perform in crucial situations of the game during the Series

Debutant leg spinner Rehan Ahmed proved to be the lightning bolt for the team. He took 7 wickets in the test match including a 5 wicket haul in the 2nd innings which changed the dynamics of the match as he took a sharp turn off the wicket.

Harry Brook was England’s biggest asset in the Test Series as he beat his 3rd century of the Series. Brook’s quirk is that he never allows a bowler to settle. Head Coach Brendon McCullum would cheer, because winning in subcontinental conditions is always tough.
