DUAL hires Chief Risk Officer and Actuarial Lead
DUAL North America, Inc., based in Naples, Florida, has hired Ranjit Jaswal as chief risk officer and Luke Wolmer as senior vice president of actuarial and data analytics.
Jaswal has more than 25 years of experience in international financial services and has held advisory and corporate risk positions at companies such as Swiss Re and EY. Most recently, Jaswal was the managing partner for Mazars US, where he led the financial services advisory practice. Based in New York, Jaswal will be the newest member of DUAL North America’s leadership team and risk committee.
Wolmer joined DUAL in late 2022 as senior vice president of actuarial and data analytics to support the company’s underwriting teams. Wolmer, who has more than a decade of industry experience, was previously Swiss Re’s North American leader for P&C analytics. Wolmer is located in California.
Alliance appoints Schlesinger NA Chief Financial Officer
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has named Jarrod Schlesinger as North America Regional Chief Financial Officer, effective February 13. AGCS is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
Schlesinger joined AGCS from Chubb, where he most recently held the title of Chief Operating Officer, North American Financial Lines. Before becoming COO, he held several senior positions, including executive vice president of Chubb’s finance departments for nearly 14 years. Prior to joining Chubb, Schlesinger held leadership roles at AIG in New York and The Lexington Insurance Company, where he led the Lloyd’s of London Operation for AIG in the UK.
