Knickerbocker admitted that she doesn’t “know how to reconcile the situation,” which left her with mixed feelings.
“She’s an adult, that’s her choice — I can’t help it,” she said. “But she’s still my daughter and I can’t write my daughter off. I want to help her in any way I can.’
The family had previously taken to social media asking anyone with information to contact them immediately regarding the whereabouts of the young woman.
Lindsey’s sister Megan Knickerbocker posted several photos on Facebook.
‘Has anyone seen her? Last contact was January 9 and she feared for her life. Since then, no one has heard from her. Completely disappeared without a trace…her name is Lindsey and she is 5’5 and 110 pounds, brown eyes and blond hair and 34 years old,” she wrote in the caption.
