The Wall Street Journal reports that Saudi Arabia has shared with the United States that they have information about an imminent attack from Iran. The WSJ story states that the attacks are planned for “targets in the kingdom.”
The warning has prompted Saudi Arabia, the United States and “several other neighboring states to raise alert levels for their armed forces”.
“We are concerned about the threat assessment and we remain in constant contact with the Saudis through military and intelligence channels,” said a spokesman for the National Security Council. “We will not hesitate to act in defense of our interests and partners in the region.”
This pertains to pro wrestling as WWE talent will fly to Saudi Arabia this week for Crown Jewel, which takes place in Riyadh this Saturday and will be streamed live on Peacock.

It looks like nothing has changed in the schedule for the show at the end of WWE (as of now), as they just tweeted that Alexa Bliss and Asuka will be defending the Women’s Tag Team titles against IYO SKY and Dakota Kai. The show is spearheaded by Roman Reigns defending the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Logan Paul.
